Manage training history and evidence

Review completions, attach certificates, and record effectiveness without losing the learning source. This article is for administrators.

Before you start

History combines event completions, approved external submissions, and manual records. Add a manual record only when another workflow would not preserve its source and review more accurately.

Review administrative history

  1. Open Training history.
  2. Filter by person, course, dates, outcome, or source.
  3. Review date, hours, and stored historical details.
  4. Open certificates, documents, and effectiveness.

Historical details preserve what was accredited even if course or person details later change.

Add a manual completion

  1. Select New completion.
  2. Choose the correct person and course.
  3. Enter date, outcome, and hours.
  4. Add context or evidence and save.
  5. Check granted rewards.

Use a valid outcome such as Attended or Approved. Manual completions do not create immediate event feedback.

Manage certificates and effectiveness

  1. Open a completion.
  2. Attach or replace its certificate.
  3. Record effectiveness date, conclusion, and notes.
  4. Add supporting evidence and save.

Course-granted documents and attached certificates can appear separately. Keep only information needed to prove learning.

Common problems

  • The same learning appears twice: check for a manual record duplicating an event or external submission.
  • Immediate feedback is missing: it is not created for manual or external completions.
  • A skill is missing: check course rewards and the recorded outcome.
  • A certificate does not open: attach a valid source file again.
