Before you start
The training module must be active. With permission to read skills, you can see every section in My learning. If your access is limited, Talento may show only your history.
Review my training priorities
- Open My learning.
- Use Today to see the recommended next action and up to four priorities.
- Review your next confirmed events.
- Check job requirements that are incomplete or due for renewal.
- Open a priority to continue the course, find an event, or review its learning path.
Today puts urgent work first: overdue or upcoming paths, mandatory requirements, expiring skills, started courses, and mandatory events without an active registration. It guides your work but does not change dates, seats, or statuses.
Know the sections in My learning
- Training → Learning paths contains paths assigned to you.
- Training → Catalogue lets you find visible events and register.
- Progress → History contains completed training and evidence.
- Progress → Skills shows current, expiring, and expired skills.
- Requests → Needs lets you propose and support training.
- Requests → External training lets you record external training and follow its status.
These figures and actions cover your own information. Use the management area and the relevant permission to review other people.
Common problems
- Only History appears: ask an administrator to check your skill read permission.
- My learning is missing: check that the training module is active.
- A priority is out of date: open it; an event may have been cancelled or another completion may have renewed the requirement.
- Team information is missing: open the management area; My learning is personal.
