Complete a course or learning path

Before you start

You need a confirmed registration to open a course. Within a learning path, each event's visibility, capacity, and registration rules still apply.

Complete a course

1. Open the event from Today, your registrations, or the catalogue.
2. Select Start learning or Continue learning.
3. Work through topics and lessons in the stated order.
4. Complete all mandatory surveys or tests.
5. Finish the final lesson.
6. Check the final outcome.

Mandatory surveys can block the next step or delay approval. When you finish with Attended or Approved, Talento adds the course to your history and may award or renew skills.

!Warning

Reaching the final lesson does not always mean you have passed. Check all mandatory tests and the final status.

Complete a learning path

1. Open My learning → Learn → Paths.
2. Select the active learning path.
3. Review its deadline and your progress through the mandatory steps.
4. Complete the first outstanding step.
5. Continue in order until all mandatory steps are complete.

Optional steps increase total progress but do not prevent completion. If a renewable skill expires, its step may stop counting and a completed learning path may reopen.

Outcome

The qualifying course will appear in your history and the learning path will update its progress. Associated skills will be awarded or renewed according to their configuration.

Common issues

• The next step is locked: complete the preceding mandatory lesson, survey, or step.
• You cannot open the course: check that your registration is confirmed.
• There is no future event in the path: contact the person responsible for training.
• The learning path reopened: check whether a renewable skill has expired.
