Review my history, evidence, feedback, and skills

Review completed courses, certificates, feedback, and skills due for renewal. This article is for anyone checking their progress.

Contents

Before you start

You need access to My learning. History can include Talento events, approved external training, and historical records added by the company. Limited skill access can still allow history access.

Review my history and evidence

  1. Open My learning → Progress → History.
  2. Review the course, date, outcome, and available context.
  3. Download each certificate or document under Evidence.

History contains only Attended or Approved outcomes. Evidence can come from the event, an approved external submission, or documents granted by the course.

Answer feedback and review my skills

  1. Complete pending feedback shown above your history.
  2. Open notifications or email for scheduled surveys.
  3. Use Progress → Skills to review current, expiring, and expired skills.
  4. Select a skill to find training that develops or renews it.

Immediate event feedback can be submitted once and cannot be edited. It is not shown for manual or external completions. Scheduled surveys may go to you or a manager and become read-only after completion.

Common problems

  • A completed course is missing: ask an administrator to check for Attended or Approved.
  • A certificate is missing: it may not be attached to the completion.
  • You cannot edit feedback: immediate feedback can be sent once.
  • A survey is closed: it may be complete, closed, or expired.
  • No renewal training exists: create a need from the filtered catalogue.
