Before you start
The Personal assistant lets you find Talento information and complete tasks through a conversation. Write what you need in your own words: you do not need to learn commands or know the technical name of each option.
What the assistant can do depends on your company's active features, your user type, and your permissions. Employees can work with their own information. Managers may have access to information about their teams, while administrators may have a broader company view.
Information
Your company must enable AI features and give you access to use the assistant. If it does not appear in your menu, ask an administrator.
Administrators can use the assistant across teams and offices when the company's purchased features permit it.
The administrator role lets you configure the account's AI features, but it does not remove access rules. The assistant, custom views, and any connected agent continue to act within the permissions of the person using them.
Find information across the company
You can combine several criteria in one request:
- “Show next month's absences for the Madrid office.”
- “Compare time recorded by the Sales and Support teams this week.”
- “Which job offers are open, and how many candidates does each one have?”
- “Show sales opportunities with no recent activity.”
For bulk changes or sensitive information, review the result on the original Talento page before making a decision.
Control assistant memory
Administrators can open Assistant memory and decide whether Talento uses individual user memory for the account.
When enabled, Talento can learn stable preferences for each person overnight and use them to personalise future conversations. Each memory is private to that user: it is not shared with anyone else in the company and does not store a copy of their conversations. It stores durable preferences inferred from them.
When you disable it:
- the assistant stops using saved personal context;
- Talento stops learning new preferences;
- existing memories are retained but remain unused while the feature is disabled.
Tell users how this setting is configured and review it against your company's privacy policies. Enabling memory does not expand the assistant's permissions or give it access to anyone else's information.
Manage AI credits
When the company runs out of AI credits, the message field is disabled:
- Users are asked to contact an administrator.
- Administrators can open Manage credits from the notice and review the available options.
Adding credits lets people send new messages again. It does not change their permissions or expand the information they can access.
Credits measure available AI usage; they are not an authorisation. The AI feature must be included and active, and every person retains their role, permissions, and visibilities. Only administrators can manage account memory, credits, and public-page design.

Common problems
If an option does not appear, check the active module, the specific permission, and the record's scope. If the configuration is correct and the problem continues, save the displayed message and contact support.
