For managers

Work with information about my team

Find and manage information about people within your scope. This article is for managers working with their team or management area.

Before you start

The Personal assistant lets you find Talento information and complete tasks through a conversation. Write what you need in your own words: you do not need to learn commands or know the technical name of each option.

What the assistant can do depends on your company's active features, your user type, and your permissions. Employees can work with their own information. Managers may have access to information about their teams, while administrators may have a broader company view.

Information

Your company must enable AI features and give you access to use the assistant. If it does not appear in your menu, ask an administrator.

A manager can combine personal tasks with questions and actions concerning the people they manage. The available scope depends on reporting relationships and assigned permissions.

Find information about my team

Try requests such as:

  • “Show my team's schedules for this week.”
  • “Who has an approved absence on Friday?”
  • “Show clock-in entries that are waiting for review.”
  • “How are my team's goals progressing this quarter?”
  • “Show the evaluations for the people I manage.”

Add a team, person, or time period when you need to narrow the results.

Complete management tasks

Depending on your permissions, the assistant can help correct clock-in entries, assign schedules, manage requests, create tasks, or work with training and recruitment.

Before continuing, make sure the preview or response identifies the right person. If two people share a name, add their team, office, or surname to remove the ambiguity.

Information

Being a manager does not give you automatic access to the entire company. The assistant limits information to your management scope and Talento permissions.

Outcome

You can verify the result in the team view or in the state described in the steps above.

Common problems

If an option does not appear, it may depend on your permissions, active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review your access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an option that does not apply.
