For managers

Organise the customer portfolio

Use stages, categories, and filters to follow each commercial relationship. This article is for managers working within their team or management scope.

Contents

Before you start

The Customers area provides a central record for each company or person you sell to. It brings fiscal identity, addresses, phone numbers, contacts, notes, activity, opportunities, invoices, and signatures together so sales and administration work from the same information.

Information

Contacts and opportunities require CRM, while invoices require Invoicing. Visible content and actions also follow the relevant Customers, CRM, and Invoicing permissions.

Change a customer's stage

Use the stage selector on the customer record to reflect the current commercial relationship. Add a note when the change needs an explanation.

Talento retains the movement in the customer's activity and uses it in CRM summaries. Use stages with a shared lifecycle meaning, such as Prospect, Active, or At risk, rather than personal reminders.

Regularly review customers without a stage, stalled relationships, and accounts with open opportunities but no recent activity.

Result

You can verify the result in the team view or through the status described above.

Common problems

If an option is missing, it may depend on your permissions, the active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review your access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an unsuitable alternative.
