Before you start
The complaint channel provides a separate page from your usual work area for reporting conduct or events that should be brought to your organisation's attention. You can submit a complaint anonymously or include your name and email address.
After submission, Talento creates a private web address. This address lets you check the status, read replies, and provide more information without signing in.
Warning
The tracking address gives access to the complaint. Store it somewhere secure and do not share it if you need to protect the report's confidentiality.
Open the complaint channel
- Open Complaint channel from the Talento menu.
- Read the information prepared by your organisation and any terms of use shown on the page.
- Before continuing, confirm that the channel belongs to the correct company or office.
The form address depends on the company and assigned channel, so there is no single common link for this guide. An administrator can also give you the correct public address.
Submit an anonymous or identified complaint
- Decide whether you want to remain anonymous.
- To identify yourself, turn off the anonymous option and enter your name and email address.
- Choose a category when the channel offers more than one.
- Describe what happened, including dates, places, people involved, and any context needed to understand the situation.
- Accept the terms of use when required.
- Select Submit complaint.
You can attach relevant images, audio, or documents. Each file can be up to 10 MB and must use one of the formats accepted by the form.
Tip
Explain what happened, when and where it occurred, who was involved, and what evidence is available. Specific details help the complaint manager assess the situation.
When submitting anonymously, leave the name and email fields empty. The person managing the channel will see the complaint as anonymous.
Save the private tracking link
After the complaint is submitted, Talento shows a private web address:
- Copy the complete address.
- Store it somewhere only you can access.
- Open it once to confirm that it takes you to the complaint details.
The tracking page shows the current status, original description, attachments, and activity history. You can also add comments and further documents.
If you supplied an email address, Talento may notify you when someone replies. Keep the link even then: it remains the direct way to follow the complaint.
Important
Talento cannot show this link again from your signed-in account if you lose it because the complaint is not attached to your user session. If an anonymous reporter loses the link, they may be unable to continue following the complaint.
Result
You can verify the result in your personal area or through the status described in the steps above.
Common issues
- If Complaint channel is missing, ask an administrator for the public address or confirm that the feature is active.
- If the form will not submit, check required fields, acceptance of the terms, and the size and format of attachments.
- If the tracking page will not open, make sure you copied the complete address.
- If you manage complaints but cannot see one, confirm that the channel is assigned to you or that you have the required permission.
