Before you begin
The Sales activities area turns each follow-up into concrete work: a call, meeting, email, demonstration, proposal, or another task. Each activity retains its related contact or other CRM record, dates, status, category, and notes so the next step does not depend on one person's memory.
Information
Activities require CRM access. What you can create or view depends on your permissions and the commercial records available to you.
Search and filter activities
In Sales activities, search and filter by contact, category, status, activity type, channel, outcome, and date. You can also sort by creation or start date.
Combine filters to answer a defined question, such as:
- pending activities for one contact;
- calls completed in a period;
- postponed follow-ups;
- activities without a recorded outcome;
- upcoming actions in a category.
Review pending follow-up
Use the CRM dashboard queue to prioritise overdue, current, and upcoming activities. Then review the full list for:
- actions without dates;
- overdue follow-ups that remain pending;
- postponed activities without a new plan;
- contacts with duplicate actions;
- opportunities without a linked next activity.
Tip
Every activity should say what must happen, for whom, and when. Its outcome should identify the next step or explain why follow-up ends.
Result
You can confirm the result in the team view or in the status described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option is missing, it may depend on your permissions, active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review your access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an unrelated alternative.
