Analyse evaluation results

Review responses, charts, and history without drawing conclusions from incomplete data. This article is for administrators.

Contents

Before you start

Confirm that the cycle has enough responses and that your role should have access to the results. Define the question you need to answer before comparing people or periods.

Analyse evaluation results

  1. Open the cycle from Performance evaluations.
  2. Review how many people are pending, in progress, or complete.
  3. Open an employee to review responses by iteration.
  4. Review the competency chart and filter the available perspectives.
  5. Use the nine-box matrix only when its axes are configured and enough data exists.
  6. Compare equivalent cycles while retaining the context of each period.

The employee record retains received evaluations for authorised people. A chart summarises information; it does not replace the responses or the follow-up conversation.

Outcome

You will have a traceable view by participant, competency, and perspective, limited to the cycle's data and permissions.

Common issues

  • The chart is incomplete: check the responses and generated competencies.
  • The matrix does not appear: review the axis configuration and amount of data.
  • Cycles are not comparable: confirm that they use equivalent competencies, scales, and populations.
  • The group is small: avoid aggregate conclusions that could identify individuals or exaggerate partial results.
