Complete an evaluation and review results

Before you start

You need an assigned evaluation in an active cycle. Talento shows these tasks under Surveys and includes only people assigned to you by the cycle configuration.

Find an evaluation waiting for me

1. Open Surveys.
2. Find the active evaluation cycle.
3. Open it to see the people you must evaluate.
4. Check whether each entry is pending, in progress, or complete.

Your name appears if the cycle includes self-evaluation. Evaluations of other people appear as separate entries.

Complete an evaluation

1. Select Respond beside the correct person.
2. Read the competency and rating-scale descriptions.
3. Choose the value that represents the behaviour observed during the period.
4. Complete the additional questions.
5. Save and continue until finished.

Use examples from the whole period and apply the same scale to every competency.

Review my results

1. Open the cycle from Surveys.
2. Select your name.
3. Review the responses by iteration or open the competency chart.
4. Use the evaluator filter to compare available perspectives.

The chart summarises values by competency; interpret it together with the responses and follow-up conversation.

!Warning

Do not share screenshots or results belonging to other people. Access does not broaden the use defined by your company.

Outcome

The evaluation will appear as complete. If cycle visibility allows it and responses exist, you will be able to review your results.

Common issues

• The cycle does not appear: it may be inactive or have no relationship assigned to you.
• A person is missing: the cycle configuration did not assign you their evaluation.
• You cannot view results: the cycle may still be active, have no responses, or have employee result visibility disabled.
• The scale is unclear: review the competency definition before responding.
