Before you start
The Meetings area creates a workspace for one-to-one conversations between a manager and a participant. The workspace keeps notes by date and provides access to prepared questions, recent feedback, and active goals.
The appointment appears in both people's calendars, but the preparation workspace and its notes belong to the person who created the meeting. The participant cannot open the manager's private notebook.
Create a question template
- Open Meeting templates.
- Select New template.
- Enter a name and description.
- Choose whether the template is available for one-to-one meetings, recruitment steps, or both.
- Save it and add the questions.
Apply visibility so that only the appropriate people, teams, or offices can use the template. For recruitment, you can also link it to specific steps in a job offer.
Keep templates useful
Arrange questions in the natural order of the conversation and use wording that encourages examples. Review templates periodically to remove duplicates or questions that no longer support the meeting's purpose.
A template that still contains questions cannot be deleted. Remove its questions first when the template genuinely needs to be retired.
Tip
Keep templates short. A one-to-one should remain a conversation; the template should support it, not become a full questionnaire.
Outcome
You can verify the result on the configuration page, in the list, or in the state described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option does not appear, check the active module, the specific permission, and the record's scope. If the configuration is correct and the problem continues, save the displayed message and contact support.
