Before you start
The Job offers feature connects the company's public vacancies with its internal recruitment board. Candidates can find open roles and apply without signing in. The hiring team can prepare each offer, define when applications are accepted, and organise candidates by stage.
Information
The public careers page only shows active offers after their start date and before their end date. Inside Talento, viewing or editing offers also depends on the subscription, permissions, and the people you can manage.
Create a job offer
- Open Job offers.
- Select New job offer.
- Enter the title and choose a recruitment template.
- Save to create the initial draft.
- In the edit view, add the description, job category, contract type, working model, office, and dates.
- Add a salary range and required skills when relevant.
- Save your changes and review the public offer.
The selected template creates the initial recruitment stages. Use a title that candidates can recognise easily and a description that explains the actual work, not just internal requirements.
Tip
Agree who will manage the vacancy, which stages it will use, and how candidates will be assessed before opening it. This avoids changing the process after applications arrive.
Publish and close a job offer
Publication follows the offer dates:
- before the start date, the offer is not shown on the careers page;
- between the start and end dates, it accepts applications;
- after the end date, it is removed from the careers page and stops accepting applications.
To change the period, open the offer, select Edit, and adjust the dates. Before the first publication date, also check the visible content, office, and categories.
Warning
An archived offer is never published, even when its dates are current. Check both its dates and archive status if a vacancy disappears from the careers page.
Organise recruitment stages
Open an offer to view its board. Each column is a stage, such as Application received, First interview, or Final decision.
From the board, you can:
- add, edit, and reorder stages;
- define each stage's name, description, and colour;
- enable an email notification when a candidate enters a stage;
- choose the email template to use;
- drag applications between columns;
- open an application to assess or interview the candidate, or move them to the next step.
You can only delete a stage with no applications. Move candidates to the correct stage first so the process remains meaningful.
Reuse or archive a job offer
Use Clone from the offer menu to create a reusable copy. Before using the copy as a new vacancy, review its title, content, dates, owner, and stages.
Archive an offer when it should no longer be part of active work. Archiving preserves its process and lets you restore it later from Archived offers.
Do not delete an offer whose history may still be needed for reference. Archive it to remove it from active work without losing its recruitment context.
Outcome
You can verify the result in the team view or in the state described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option does not appear, it may depend on your permissions, active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review your access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an option that does not apply.
