Before you start
The Job offers feature connects the company's public vacancies with its internal recruitment board. Candidates can find open roles and apply without signing in. The hiring team can prepare each offer, define when applications are accepted, and organise candidates by stage.
Information
The public careers page only shows active offers after their start date and before their end date. Inside Talento, viewing or editing offers also depends on the subscription, permissions, and the people you can manage.
Customise the careers page
- Open Public page for job offers.
- Set the page title and introduction.
- Add a header image when it helps identify the company.
- Choose the visual theme.
- Save, then use the public link shown on the page to review the result.
These settings affect the main careers page, not the content of an individual vacancy.
Create recruitment templates
- Open Job offer templates.
- Create a template with a recognisable name.
- Add its stages in the order candidates should move through them.
- Set each stage's description, colour, and optional notification.
- Attach question templates when a stage includes an interview.
Templates apply when new offers are created. If the process changes, review existing offers as well: changing a template does not automatically replace the stages of a vacancy already in progress.
Job, contract, and working-model categories are managed in their respective settings. Keep their names understandable to candidates because they can appear on the careers page and in public filters.
Outcome
You can verify the result on the configuration page, in the list, or in the state described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option does not appear, check the active module, the specific permission, and the record's scope. If the configuration is correct and the problem continues, save the displayed message and contact support.
