For managers and administrators

Review recognition across my team

Review who receives and sends recognition within your management scope. This article is for managers acting within their team or management scope.

Contents

Before you start

Recognition lets you publicly thank other people for good work, helpful behaviour, or a positive attitude. In Talento, each message is called a High 5 and is linked to its sender and the people mentioned.

The aim is to explain which behaviour deserves recognition. A specific message helps reinforce it and is more useful than generic praise.

Review received and sent High 5s

Open Received High 5s to review recognition activity available to your profile. The list groups employees by the number of High 5s received during the selected period.

You can filter by:

  • start and end dates;
  • employee;
  • team;
  • office.

Select an employee to open their detail and switch between High 5s received and sent. Each entry retains the sender, recipient, message, and date.

Administrators can review activity across the account. Other managers see only their own recognition and recognition related to teams and offices within their scope.

Interpret recognition activity

High 5 totals can reveal recognition habits, but they are not performance scores. Some roles and teams have less visible work, and fewer messages in a period do not demonstrate a smaller contribution.

Use the information to identify where appreciation could be encouraged and to recover specific examples of collaboration. Do not use the count alone to rank people.

Information

Recognition reflects messages sent through Talento. It does not include appreciation shared in other channels or measure a person's complete contribution.

Outcome

You can review the recognition received and sent within your authorised scope and use specific examples for appropriate follow-up.

Common issues

If an option is missing, it may depend on your permissions, active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review that access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an unsuitable alternative.
