Before you start
Feedback keeps the responses sent through the Workplace climate pulse. Employees can revisit what they shared and read replies. Managers with the required access can review feedback from people within their scope and continue the conversation.
This area is not for general announcements or manually requesting feedback from one person. New requests come from the company's workplace-climate delivery schedule.
Send feedback
When a request arrives by email or Slack:
- Choose the rating that best reflects how your work is going.
- Use the form that opens to add context if you wish.
- Write a specific and respectful message.
- Select Send feedback.
- Check that Talento confirms the response.
The link is personal and belongs to one request. After the rating is recorded, the same link cannot submit another response.
Warning
If a submitted comment needs correction, do not reuse the link or wait for the next pulse. Contact your manager through the appropriate internal channel.
Decide what to include
Useful comments can cover:
- completed work or important progress;
- a blocker or workload concern that needs attention;
- work you plan to do next;
- an improvement idea;
- a subject for your next one-to-one meeting.
The rating provides a quick signal; your comment explains why. You can submit only the rating when no further context is needed.
Review my earlier responses
- Open Your feedback.
- Browse the history in date order.
- Review the rating, question, and comment in each response.
The history contains requests you have already answered. A pending request remains available through the original email or Slack message until its link is used.
Read my manager's reply
A manager's reply appears below your original feedback with their name and the date. Talento may also send the reply by email.
Read the complete conversation to preserve its context. When a decision is required or the subject is sensitive, continue in a meeting or the channel normally used by your company.
Tip
Before a one-to-one meeting, review recent conversations and note any issues that still need a decision or follow-up.
Result
You can verify the result in your personal area or through the status described in the steps above.
Common issues
If an option is unavailable, it may depend on your permissions, active modules, or company settings. Ask an administrator to review your access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an option that does not apply.
