Before you start
Workplace climate sends a short recurring question to active employees. It helps managers notice changes in how a team is doing, collect context about day-to-day work, and begin a conversation when someone needs support.
This is separate from a survey created in the general survey builder. Climate pulses use their own configured questions and are answered through a personal link sent by email or, when connected by the company, Slack.
Respond to a climate request
- Open the Talento message asking for your feedback.
- Choose the option that best represents how work is going at that moment.
- Add an optional message about progress, difficulties, upcoming work, or an improvement you suggest.
- Submit the response and check for confirmation.
Your first selection records the pulse rating. The comment is optional, but it helps your manager understand what influenced the rating and how they can respond.
Information
Each link belongs to one feedback request and stops working after a response is submitted. If Talento says the code has already been used, check whether the response appears in your history.
Write useful feedback
A comment can be short. Include the context most likely to support a productive conversation:
- what went well;
- a difficulty affecting your work;
- a task or decision that is blocked;
- support or change you would find useful;
- something to discuss at your next one-to-one meeting.
Do not include unnecessary confidential information about another person. For an emergency, safety concern, or situation requiring immediate action, also use the dedicated internal channel provided by your company.
Review my feedback history
Open Your feedback to see completed responses. Each entry contains the rating, question, your comment, and its date.
When a manager replies, their message appears in the same entry and Talento may notify you by email. The history keeps earlier conversations available without mixing them with requests you have not answered.
An empty history normally means you have not answered a climate pulse yet or the company has not scheduled recurring requests.
Tip
Review this history before a one-to-one meeting to remember previous agreements, recurring themes, and changes since the last pulse.
Result
Your feedback history shows the submitted rating, comment, date, and any manager reply.
Troubleshooting
If an option is missing, it may depend on your permissions, active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review your access rather than repeating the task or choosing an unsuitable alternative.
