Before you start
The Dashboard brings together operational items that need follow-up and provides quick access to their detail areas. It is designed for managers and administrators: it does not replace full dashboards or let you work directly with every record, but helps you decide where to act first.
The header shows whether you are viewing Whole company or Your management scope, but it does not expand what each section can display. Figures and lists respect your permissions and scope: a manager does not gain access to people, customers, invoices, or learning they cannot manage elsewhere. Learning information is always limited to people in your management or reporting scope, including for administrators.
Information
You need a management role to enter. Available sections and data also depend on active modules and your permissions, so two people may see different tabs or figures.
Review People & time
The People & time tab is available when the company has the schedules module active. It summarises active, absent, overtime, and inactive employees and brings together three follow-up queues:
- absence requests;
- schedule-change requests;
- ongoing onboarding.
Each row opens its management list. Use Open full dashboard when you need to continue the analysis in the reports centre.
Follow CRM, invoicing, and learning
The other tabs summarise specific processes and link to their full dashboards:
| Tab | What you can review | Where to continue |
|---|---|---|
| CRM | Accessible pipeline value, open opportunities, overdue or due-today follow-ups, and the most urgent follow-ups. | CRM dashboard |
| Invoicing | This month's invoiced value, outstanding payments, number of overdue invoices, open sales orders, and the oldest overdue invoices. | Invoicing dashboard |
| Learning | Overdue learning paths, paths due in seven days, skills nearing expiry, and the most recent learning progress. | Team learning |
The CRM tab can remain visible when the module is inactive or you lack read permission; it then explains the missing access and shows no commercial data. Invoicing appears only when the module is active and you can view invoices. Learning appears only when the module is active and you can manage skills. Preview rows are informational; use the section link to open the full dashboard or work queue.
Understand scope and available sections
The dashboard does not grant additional permissions. If a tab or metric is missing, check:
- that the relevant module is active for the company;
- that your role and permissions allow you to view or manage that area;
- that the records are within your management scope.
Ask an administrator to review the module, specific permission, or your scope before requesting broader access. See Permissions and visibility to understand how access is assigned and Settings to find company settings.
Outcome
You can identify operational priorities and continue in the full dashboard or work queue without expanding anyone's access.
Common issues
A tab is missing
People & time requires the schedules module. Invoicing requires the invoicing module and permission to read invoices. Learning requires the training module and permission to manage skills. CRM remains informational when its module or permission is missing, but shows no data until you have access.
CRM appears without figures
The CRM tab indicates missing access without revealing pipeline, opportunities, or follow-ups. Ask an administrator to enable CRM or grant read permission if your work requires it.
A figure differs from the full report
The dashboard is an operational summary and applies your management scope and each area's criteria. Select Open full dashboard or the detail link to check records, filters, and dates before making a decision.
