Before you start
The Account area brings together three company-wide decisions: how the company is identified and configured, the status and capacity of its subscription, and which modules are available.
These changes affect the whole account. An incorrect language or time zone can alter dates and communications; a deactivated module is no longer available to the team; and reaching the employee limit affects new starters.
Information
Only administrators can access this area. Open Settings and select Account to view the company record.
Review the status and employee limit
The account's subscription card shows its status and employee usage. When a limit applies, compare active employees with the contracted maximum and use the capacity bar to plan for new starters.
A trial may not show the same visible limit as a standard subscription. In other states, the account may show unlimited capacity. Base decisions on the status and value shown on the current page.
If you are approaching the maximum, first check that leavers have been recorded correctly and plan new starters with the subscription owner. Do not deactivate someone simply to free a place while they still need access or remain employed.
Review included modules
Select View subscription from the account. The page shows a summary and groups modules into areas such as people, operations, and other features.
Each card shows whether its module is active, in trial, or inactive. Open a card to review its description, main features, and included resources before changing its status.
Tip
Review modules in the context of the process you want to introduce. Activating a capability without an owner, defined permissions, and initial data often leaves a visible feature that nobody can use effectively.
Outcome
You can verify the result in the team view or in the state described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option does not appear, it may depend on your permissions, active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review your access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an option that does not apply.
