Before you start
The Account area brings together three company-wide decisions: how the company is identified and configured, the status and capacity of its subscription, and which modules are available.
These changes affect the whole account. An incorrect language or time zone can alter dates and communications; a deactivated module is no longer available to the team; and reaching the employee limit affects new starters.
Information
Only administrators can access this area. Open Settings and select Account to view the company record.
Open the company account
The main page shows the subscription, employee usage, and an option to edit the profile. Confirm that you are working in the correct company before making changes, particularly if you administer more than one account.
Use Edit account to maintain shared details. Addresses and telephone numbers are also managed from this area in their respective sections.
Update the shared profile
Review and save the fields used across the organisation:
- display name, legal name, and legal identifier;
- language, date format, and time zone;
- company logo;
- address and telephone numbers;
- clock-in traceability, when required by the company.
The display name identifies the account in day-to-day use. The legal name and identifier should match the company's official information. Language, date format, and time zone affect how communications and records are displayed.
Warning
Confirm with the accountable owner before changing legal details or global settings. Afterwards, review a representative page, date, and communication to verify the result.
Outcome
You can verify the result on the configuration page, in the list, or in the state described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option does not appear, check the active module, the specific permission, and the record's scope. If the configuration is correct and the problem continues, save the displayed message and contact support.
