Before you begin
The Employees area contains the records of people working for the company. Use it to review their status, add new employees, and maintain information such as their team, office, contract, schedule, and permissions.
What you see depends on your role, permissions, and employee scope. A manager may see only their team, while administrators can have broader actions for maintaining records.
Information
The employee record connects many Talento workflows. Accurate team, office, manager, contract, and schedule data prevents unexpected results in permissions, calendars, and reports.
Search and filter employees
- Open Employees.
- Search by name or other available information.
- Switch between Active, Onboarding, and Archived records as needed.
- Apply the organisational filters available for your account.
- Select an employee to open their record.
The list respects your access scope. If an employee exists but does not appear, do not create them again. Ask an administrator to check your permissions and visibility.
Review an employee record
The overview brings together the most useful information for supporting an employee: contact and organisational details, contract, schedule, and recent activity in the features available to your company.
Use the tabs to review specific areas. Depending on your permissions, these can include:
- Basic information and Personal data;
- Contract and Schedule;
- Permissions;
- Absences and Overtime;
- Evaluations and Skills.
Managers do not necessarily have access to all of this information. A missing tab may reflect an intentional access boundary rather than an error.
Warning
Employee records can contain personal and salary information. View and share only what your role requires.
Result
You can confirm the result in the team view or the status described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option does not appear, it may depend on your permissions, enabled modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review your access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an unsuitable alternative.
