Before you start

The Candidates and applications area brings together information about people interested in joining the company. An application may arrive through a public vacancy or be added internally. The recruitment team uses one candidate record to review the CV, assess fit, retain comments, and track progress for each job offer.

Information

One person can apply for several vacancies. Their profile brings those applications together, but each retains its own offer, stage, ratings, and fit assessment.

Submit an application

  1. Open the company's careers page.
  2. Select the vacancy and choose Apply.
  3. Enter your name and email; add a phone number if you want to provide another contact route.
  4. Attach your CV or supporting document.
  5. Add a cover letter when it helps explain your experience, motivation, or availability.
  6. Select Submit application.

Name and email are required. Check the email carefully because the company may use it for recruitment communication.

Warning

Attach only documents relevant to the application. Do not include sensitive personal information that the company has not requested.

Confirm the application was received

After a successful submission, you return to the vacancy page and see a confirmation message. If the form shows errors, correct the highlighted fields and submit again.

Candidates do not currently have a private area for tracking their application stage. The recruitment team communicates next steps through the contact details provided.

When an offer stops accepting applications, its application form is unavailable and the careers page returns you to the open-vacancy list.

Result

You can verify the result in your personal area or through the status described above.

Common problems

If an option is missing, it may depend on your permissions, the active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an unsuitable alternative.
