Before you begin
Talento lets you use AI to adapt the public page where candidates view a job offer. You can change its appearance, layout, and supporting copy using data already held on the offer, while the team keeps control of preview and publishing.
The editor currently supports public job-offer detail pages. It requires an active AI feature and administrator access. Changes are prepared as a draft: neither a conversation nor a preview changes the public page on its own.
Open public-page design
- Open Custom views.
- Select the job-offer view.
- Open an existing version or create a new one.
Every version keeps its own design, draft, and conversation. You can explore an alternative without changing the published version seen by candidates.
Create a design version
Create a version with a name that explains its purpose, such as "Job offers · 2026 brand". Start from the basic design or copy an existing version.
Only one version can be active, but you can retain several published inactive versions for comparison or recovery. An active version cannot be deleted.
Request changes from the assistant
Write a specific request in the editor. It works best when you state:
- the part of the page: header, description, requirements, or application button;
- the expected change: hierarchy, order, size, colour, spacing, or supporting copy;
- the reason: mobile readability, contrast, clarity, or brand consistency.
Ask for one change at a time and review the result before continuing. For example, "Give the title more prominence and move the application button closer to the summary" is easier to verify than "Make it more modern".
The assistant works on that version's draft. It does not invent job-offer data and should not replace information the recruitment team needs to maintain in Talento.
Review the draft in preview
Use the preview before publishing:
- switch between real and minimal data to check offers with limited content;
- review desktop and mobile modes;
- check the title, description, location, conditions, and application button;
- select elements in the preview when you need to identify precisely what should change.
The preview may warn about incorrect heading structure or a missing application button. Resolve important warnings. If you continue despite a warning, explicitly confirm that the page remains accessible and usable.
Undo or discard changes
Use Undo to reverse the assistant's most recent saved change. It only restores that last step.
Use Discard draft to return to the version's last published content and remove all pending changes. If you want to keep an alternative for later comparison, create or copy another version before discarding it.
Result
You can confirm the result on the settings page, in the list, or in the status described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option is missing, check that the module is active, that you have the specific permission, and that the record is within your scope. If the configuration is correct and the problem continues, keep the displayed message and contact support.
