Before you begin
Talento lets you use AI to adapt the public page where candidates view a job offer. You can change its appearance, layout, and supporting copy using data already held on the offer, while the team keeps control of preview and publishing.
The editor currently supports public job-offer detail pages. It requires an active AI feature and administrator access. Changes are prepared as a draft: neither a conversation nor a preview changes the public page on its own.
Publish and activate a version
Select Publish after validating the preview. Publishing saves the design and automatically activates that version; it replaces the previous version on the public page immediately.
Before confirming, review one real offer and one with minimal information on both mobile and desktop. Publishing affects every job offer that uses this view, not just the example in the preview.
Warning
Publishing is visible to external candidates. Coordinate brand, legal-copy, and recruitment-information changes with the accountable owners before activating them.
Change or deactivate the public design
You can Activate another version that has already been published; it becomes the only active version. You can also Deactivate the active version to return to Talento's standard design.
Do not confuse these actions:
- publish saves the draft and activates that version;
- activate restores an already published version;
- deactivate returns to the standard design;
- delete removes an inactive version, never the active one.
Use clear names and record the decision internally so the team knows which campaign or visual identity each version represents.
Result
You can confirm the result in the team view or in the status described in the steps above.
Common problems
If an option is missing, it may depend on your permissions, active modules, or company configuration. Ask an administrator to review your access; you do not need to repeat the task or choose an unrelated alternative.
